How can I order a book?

There are a several ways to place your order, but the quickest and most convenient way is by ordering here at our online bookstore. If you require further assistance, please email us books@allured.com.

How can I view sample pages?

Some sample pages can be found on the Table of Contents tab on each product page. Many of our books are listed on Amazon.com and you can browse the contents with search inside.

What is your policy about returns or refunds?

Due to the highly technical content and production costs, all items purchased from Alluredbooks are non-refundable.

If the item you purchased is damaged, you have 30 days to return it for an exchange. Please be sure to include a copy of the packing list or invoice along with a brief description of what is wrong with the item. After reviewing the return, we will send out a replacement copy.

Will I receive an invoice?

An electronic invoice will be sent to your billing email address immediately upon order submission. You can also login to your account and print a receipt at any time.

What are your discounts?

If you want to order 10 or more books, please contact books@allured.com with your list of books and we will return a quote within 24-48 hours.

When will my order be processed?

All orders will be shipped complete. Express shipments will be processed the same day if received before 2pm CST. Orders without back-ordered items will be processed the following day. Orders with back-ordered items will be processed when the back-ordered item is in stock and available to ship. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, over the weekend or over a holiday will be processed the next open business day. If we are unable to provide express delivery for any item, we will contact you immediately. Please also check the product page for any notes about express delivery options.

How can I receive overnight or faster shipping? What is the cost?

Rush shipping is available for domestic customers only. When placing your order online, please select Next Day Air Early AM (delivery by 8am), Next Day Air (delivery by 10:30am), Next Day Air Saver (delivery by 3pm), 2nd Day Air (delivery by 5pm) or 3-Day Select (delivery by 5pm)from the shipping method menu during checkout. Cost will be calculated real-time online. All items will be delivered by end of business day unless otherwise noted.

Note: If an order was placed on Friday after 2pm, over the weekend, or over a holiday, your order will be processed the next open business day.

No P.O. BOX or APO

A street address is required for shipping. This does not apply to billing addresses.

How long will it take to ship my book order and will I get a tracking number if I place my order online?

If you select ground service, it will usually take between 5-7 business days for delivery to domestic locations and anywhere from 5-15 business days for all other destinations. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided us on the order..

Can I ship my books to my freight forwarder?

Yes. We can ship to any destination as long it is not a PO Box, APO, an embargoed destination or a location with high fraud rate such as Nigeria. We only ship to physical locations where a signature can be obtained for shipment release.

Note: Alluredbooks releases all shipping responsibilities once the package is delivered to the buyer’s freight forwarding destination. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform the correct shipping address and contact information of the assigned forwarder to Alluredbooks. We are not liable for any loss or damages that occur after shipment has been released to the assigned forwarder. The buyer will take sole responsibility of all lost or damaged shipments.

Signature Requirement

A signature is required for all international and express deliveries. Please ship to a location where someone is available to sign for its release. Ground shipments will not require a signature unless the delivery area is determined by the courier service to be unsafe. If you would like a signature release please let us know in the comments section during checkout.

Please note: If you request a shipper's release (drop off without a signature), Allured will not be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Shipper's release is only valid for domestic orders shipping within the United States.

Address Changes

There is $15-$20 charge for any address changes made after your order has shipped. To avoid this cost, please be sure to select a valid delivery location for your order.
