How can I receive overnight or faster shipping? What is the cost?
Rush shipping is available for domestic customers only. When placing your order online, please select Next Day Air Early AM (delivery by 8am), Next Day Air (delivery by 10:30am), Next Day Air Saver (delivery by 3pm), 2nd Day Air (delivery by 5pm) or 3-Day Select (delivery by 5pm)from the shipping method menu during checkout. All items will be delivered by end of business day unless otherwise noted.

We will check with our shipping department and contact you with the total cost of delivery. Our cut off time to take rush orders is 2pm CST. All other orders will be processed the following day.
Please note, if an order was placed on Friday after 2pm, over the weekend, or over a holiday, your order will be processed the next open business day.
How long will it take to ship my book order and will I get a tracking number if I place my order online?
If you select ground service, it will usually take between 5-7 business days for delivery to domestic locations and anywhere from 5-15 business days for all other destinations. We are in the process of implementing an automated tracking number service however we cannot guarantee you will receive one by email. If you need a tracking number, please e-mail us at books@allured.com.
Can I ship my books to my freight fowarder?
Yes. We can ship to any destination as long it is not a PO Box, APO, an embargoed destination or a location with high fraud rate such as Nigeria. We only ship to physical locations where a signature can be obtained for shipment release.
Important Note Re: Freight Forwarders
Allured Books releases all shipping responsibilities once the package is delivered to the buyer’s freight forwarding destination. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform the correct shipping address and contact information of the assigned forwarder to Allured Books. We are not liable for any loss or damages that occur after shipment has been released to the assigned forwarder. The buyer will take sole responsibility of all lost or damaged shipments.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. We will send an invoice with your shipment if the bill-to address is the same as the shipping location. If it is different, we will send out a copy by regular mail.
What are your discounts?
We offer discounts by volume beginning with 10 books. You can find a downloadable discount list titled volume order form online at Order Forms or you can email us for a quote at books@allured.com. Please note, we can only give discounts to the books listed on the volume order form. Include the title, quantity and shipping address in your inquiry. We will return a response within 3-5 business days.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the highly technical content and production costs, all items purchased from Allured Books are non-refundable.
If the item you purchased is damaged, you will have 30 days to return it for an exchange. Please be sure to include a copy of the packing list or invoice along with a brief description of what is wrong with the item. After reviewing the return, we will send out a replacement copy.
