Jamie Scalise is a full-time esthetician for the Spa at the Del Monte, part of a Renaissance property in Rochester, New York, where he has averaged nearly a 70% upgrade rate for more than two years. In addition to his new book, The Power of Three Method, he has authored numerous industry articles and speaks at spa conferences across the country. Jamie also owns shares in multiple startup LLC’s, including the teen skin care line Clarisma.
